Screen Capture C# ASP.NET web application

What's the easiest way to write an .aspx C# program to capture and save the current web window, possibly a div?

That's completely impossible without some kind of ActiveX control or other external program. ASP.NET runs on the server, not the client - and what's more, client-side JavaScript doesn't have those kinds of permissions to begin with.
