Replicating tables from oracle to mssql

I have a set of tables in an oracle database, which I need to copy to another mssql database. The set of tables is not decided (some processes keeps running which either adds data to those tables or create new tables for different functionality). I cannot configure the name of tables as new tables could be created at runtime. I need to replicate the data from oracle db to mssql db using java and not the standard export/import utilities, as this needs to be a part of an existing process which runs in java. I am looking at spring batch and other utilities to do the same.

Could someone suggest efficient ways of performing the replication?
